

The world of Exandria is still continuing to grow with Prime Video prepare and launching its next Critical Role adaptation, The Mighty Nein. According to Screenrant, this highly anticipated spin-off toward its predeccsor series, The Legend of Vox Machinia is speculated toto take a darker and grittier route. The plot of the series will remain the same as in the campaign. Twenty years have passed, and a group of misfits must band together in order to protect the realm from malicious forces when the powerful item known as the beacon has fallen into evil’s hands.
According to Screenrant, the series will have the main cast voicing their characters, which are Laura Bailey (Soul Eater, Fruits Basket) as Jester, Travis Willingham (Avengers Assemble, Sonic Boom) as Fjord, Marisha Ray (Narrative Telephone, Exandria Unlimited) as Beau, Sam Riegel (Blue Exorcist, Star Wars: The Bad Batch) as Nott, Liam O’Brien (Naruto, Tiger & Bunny) as Caleb, Taliesin Jaffe (Candela Obscura, 4-Sided Dive) as Molly and Ashley Johnson (The Last of Us, Blindspot) as Yaksha.
Furthermore reported by Screenrant, we’ve received information on the characters and the talented voice actors that the group will encounter which will include Darion, voiced by Matthew Mercer (Sakmoto’s Day, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean), Alan Cumming (Spy Kids, X2) as Gustav Fletching, Tim McGraw (The Shack, Tomorrowland) as Vandran, Auli’i Cravalho (Moana, Mean Girls) as Toya and Mark Strong (Cruella, Sherlock Holmes) as Trent Ikithon.
Stated by Screenrant, time will only tell whether The Mighty Nein will succeed its predecessor while still continuing to showcase the same level of action and comedy that Critical Role is well known for.
While we await on the release of The Mighty Nein which is scheduled for November 19, all seasons of Vox Machinia are available to stream on Prime Video with season four scheduled for 2026.
