‘A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder’ Reveals Cast For Upcoming Second Season

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Netflix’s and BBC’s A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder revealed the cast for its second season. The series also revealed first look images of star Emma Myers (Wednesday, A Minecraft Movie) as she returns to play Pip Fitz-Amobi, based on the character from Holly Jackson’s (Five Survive, Not Quite Dead Yet) bestselling novels.

As per The Hollywood Reporter, BBC, Netflix and ZDFneo confirmed that Misia Butler (KAOS, Bend) is set to feature as Stanley Forbes and Eden Hambelton Davies (Tell Me Everything, Nico Bianchi’s How to Rob a Bank) as Jamie Reynolds, brother of Connor in the series. Jack Rowan (Noughts and Crosses, Born to Kill) will star as Charlie Green, Pip’s new neighbor.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Anna Brindle (The Outs, Wild Cherry), Peter Sullivan (Around The World In 80 Days, The Borgias), Freddie Thorp (Fate: The Winx Saga, Overdrive), Lu Corfield (The Crow Girl, Pitching In), Stephanie Street (Breathtaking, Until I Kill You) and Freddie England join the cast in key roles. They star alongside the returning cast of series one: Zain Iqbal (Death, Whatever!, All Crazy Random), Henry Ashton (My Lady Jane, Creation Stories), Asha Banks (My Fault: London, The Magic Flute), Yali Topol Margalith (The Tattooist of Auschwitz, House of David), and Morgan-Collie (Here We Go, Terminator: Dark Fate).

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the first season of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder was a huge hit when it aired in 2024. The series became one of BBC iPlayer’s most watched titles with 16-24 year olds and BBC Three’s highest rating drama since its relaunch. The second season was commissioned for the BBC by Lindsay Salt, Director of BBC Drama, and Fiona Campbell (The Dambed United, Strike Back), Controller Youth Audience, BBC Three and BBC iPlayer. Season two will premiere on the BBC, outside of the U.K. and Ireland, on Netflix where available. In Germany it will be available exclusively on ZDFneo. In Australia it will be exclusively on Stan.
