NBC has purchased and put into development two separate time travel themed series Deadline reports.
The first of the two series in development is from The Sarah Connor Chronicles creator Josh Friedman, entitled Lighthouse. It is an ensemble drama that will center around a lighthouse that serves as a hotel for wayward time travelers.
The second series comes from former Quantum Leap executive producer Deborah Pratt, a drama she is penning called Timeless. It follows the character Alexandra King who, time traveling between earth’s future and present day, finds herself caught between two men she desperately loves, the worlds they each inhabit and the secrets that could destroy them all.
