

ABC has brought back the popular comedy drama series known as Scrubs. The series premiered on February 25, 2026 and has made a stellar comeback and is not stopping anytime soon.
For those who don’t know, Scrubs tells a story involving John “J.D.” Dorian who is navigating medicine, friendship, and life in the world of Heart Hospital as an intern. Joining him in the series is his friend Dr. Christopher Turk. In the reboot the duo navigate the waters of Sacred Heart Hospital with new and familiar faces. The series has a perfect way of balancing drama and comedy for the audience to enjoy. According to Deadline, the premiere was able rack in 11.36M cross platform viewers in its first five days of its initial premiere. In the next episode of the series we will see Dr. Elliot Reid played by Sarah Chalke (Playdate, Rick and Morty) face a dilema with a stubborn patient, while J.D. discovers online doctor reviews. While all this is happening Turk will be teaching his new interns about new surgical technology and some unexpected life lessons.
