The final episode of Spider-Noir begins with Leyden, Flint, and Silvermane’s men waiting in the car, before we see Silvermane talking with Cat at The Alcove. Cat then calls Janet and tells her they need to talk.
They go to the old club, where Janet smacks her for her betrayal, though she swears she didn’t know that would happen. She then says she can make it up to Ben. If he gives her the antidote, she’ll inject Flint and Leyden with it. Back in the car, while Flint and Leyden are talking about loyalty, Janet gets back to the office, where Frankie tells her Ben’s at Robbie’s place. She then gets a call from Hank, telling her that every precinct in the city is looking for Ben.
Janet heads to Robbie’s to check on him and Ben and tells Ben about Cat and her plan. Ben says it isn’t a bad idea, before Leyden knocks on the door. Robbie lets Leyden and Flint inside, where Flint tells Ben that Silvermane wants to talk. Silvermane tells Ben to call The Spider, but he says no unless he gets a substantial payment, obviously aggravating Silvermane. Ben then calls “The Spider” (Robbie trying to do his voice), even fooling Silvermane, who tells The Spider to meet with him.
Ben mentions something about France, which jogs Leyden’s memory, who remembers Ben saved everyone from the POW camp. Silvermane gets suspicious that Ben is The Spider, but Ben sweet talks his way out of it. Silvermane still does a test to be sure, by holding Cat at gunpoint, and threatening to kill her. Cat reveals that Ben won’t save her, because she broke his heart. She then admits she’s in love with Flint, was willing to do anything to save him, and admits she was the rat.
Suddenly, Robbie dressed as The Spider comes in and Silvermane offers him a chance to work for him. While Ben tries to talk with The Spider about hearing out Silvermane, Silvermane’s men bring Janet in, who has the antidote on her. Leyden then takes the syringe and injects Robbie with the syringe before shocking him.
Silvermane then tells him to give him the antidote, but Leyden plays “Why Should I.” After unmasking Robbie, Ben uses his web to get the antidote, dons the suit, and fights, while Cat goes after Silvermane. Cat kills Silvermane, while Spider continues his fight with Flint and Leyden.
While Spider is getting shocked by Leyden, Cat distracts Leyden and tries to shoot him, but she has no bullets. He then shocks her, which pisses off Flint, the two then fight, and while Leyden is winning, Ben gets up and saves Flint and gives him the last bit of antidote. We then learn that Morris won the election, and we get a nice little moment with Robbie, Ben, and Janet.
This was again another great episode in this show. It had a good bit of action, and had funny moments, like Robbie pretending to be The Spider, and the conversation between Robbie, Ben and Silvermane. The show did have some weird pacing in some places, but it was still worth the watch and was overall a really good show.
