Episode 6 begins with Ben packing up his belongings. When he suddenly gets a knock at the door. The person turns out to be Ogden. Ogden explains that Ben saved his life back in France, and that his mutation is causing him to age, leaving Dr. Faber as his last hope. Ben lets him in, and the two talk over drinks.
Ogden lets Ben know that if Robbie posts his story about Faber, it will ruin everyone’s chances of being cured. Ben says that it’s too late, and that he’s leaving town, and as they shake hands, Ogden injects Ben with a knockout serum. Ogden then brings Ben to Dr. Faber’s private lab, where she tells him about the tests they are going to do on him. After a flashback where we see Ben’s powers beginning to activate after being bitten by Man-Spider, and learn that Ogden is Dr. Faber’s son, Faber tells Ben that Cat told her Ben was the Spider. All of a sudden, Reilly dips out of consciousness, after which Faber studies his blood, and finds that it’s surprisingly normal.
Ogden then goes to check on Ben, and talks with him about being a hero. Ben tries to convince Ogden that Faber is insane, when she suddenly comes in, injects him with more drugs, and takes him to a separate part of the lab to harvest genetic material from his organs. After a hallucination, Dr. Faber makes a breakthrough with her cure, and Ben manages to escape from his restraints.
After her cure restores Ogden’s true age, Ogden tells her they need to give the serum to Ben to cure him. She tells him they can’t do that since they operated on him against his will, and they have to just flee and become different people. She then pulls out a gun to kill Ben, but Ogden volunteers to go get him.

Ogden runs into Ben trying to escape, admits that he was right about his mother, and helps him get out of there. Suddenly Sivermane and his posse arrive at the hospital, and confront Dr. Faber, asking her if there are other individuals with powers. She then leads them to a room, where we see various deformed corpses of the other individuals. Ogden comes in and tries to save his mother, which leads Megawatt to cause a fire in the lab. Once everyone leaves, the lab explodes, leaving Ben in possession of the last bit of antidote.
This episode was good, and the scenes where Nicolas Cage was going through the halls were funny, and a little weird, but that’s kind of his style with the flamboyance sometimes. Ben having the last bit of antidote does bring a new question of whether or not he will use it on himself.
