Episode 4 opens with a montage of Margo receiving a stream of dick photos from her OnlyFans subscribers, playfully describing each one with great detail as different Pokémon. Her audience continues to grow quickly. She later updates Susie on her progress, noting that she’s reached 196 subscribers so far. Margo then compares herself to another OnlyFans user named WangMangler99, who has 50,000 fans, and concludes that she needs more exposure to catch up. Later in Susie’s room, she helps Margo take some lewd photos for her OnlyFans profile. Margo then asks if she can try on a few of Susie’s costumes, and Susie eagerly agrees.
That night, Margo browses WangMangler99’s profile and soon realizes they’re based in Orange County as well. She sends a message introducing herself as a fellow local and suggests collaborating, even including a $50 tip. The next morning, WangMangler99 replies with a simple “Ha ha,” which frustrates Margo, causing her to send a long, angry response. In return, WangMangler99 sends over the address of her apartment, and Margo impulsively decides to go there.
Margo arrives at the apartment and meets another user, SucculentRose—who goes by Rose—as well as WangMangler99, whose real name is KC. Rose welcomes Margo warmly from the start, while KC stays reserved and dismissive. Both of them agree that Margo is still inexperienced and are hesitant to collaborate. In response, Margo introduces herself as a talented writer, insisting that she has world-transforming ideas that can help grow all of their followings.

Meanwhile, back at Margo’s apartment, Jinx looks after Bodhi while watching old footage of himself wrestling on TV. Shyanne drops by, hoping to find Margo and get help with wedding preparations, specifically choosing a cake flavor. Jinx steps in to help, sampling each option. At one point, he hands Bodhi to Shyanne, but Bodhi immediately starts crying in her arms. Jinx suggests she bend her knees, which quickly calms him down. This frustrates Shyanne, and she goes on to vent to Jinx about how easily Margo seems to trust him despite barely knowing him. Jinx quietly reflects on this as he ultimately picks Pink Champagne as the winning flavor.
Later that night, Susie continues photographing Margo, this time, with Margo wearing one of her costumes. Margo shares that the other two users—KC and Rose—have agreed to test out a collaboration with her. She steps into the kitchen to grab a drink and runs into Jinx, who invites her to a wrestling fan expo so she can get a sense of who he used to be, inspired by what Shyanne said earlier. Moments later, Jinx accidentally walks in on Susie taking more photos of Margo, and everyone panics. Back at the table, Margo comes clean to him about her OnlyFans account, and he quickly judges her, insisting she’s “not one of those girls.”
The next day, Shyanne picks Kenny up in her car to run wedding errands. She brings up a few other ideas for their wedding song, but Kenny reminds her they’ve already chosen one. That leads Shyanne to question whether the wedding needs to be so carefully planned, suggesting it might be better if it felt more spontaneous. Kenny asks if she’s having second thoughts, but she quickly reassures him that she isn’t.
Meanwhile, Margo attends a wrestling convention with Jinx. There, he runs into an old friend, Lace (played by Nicole Kidman), and introduces her to Margo. Lace suggests they jump into the ring and put on a show for the crowd, and Jinx eventually agrees. He gets in the ring with her, and they put on a lively performance while Margo watches, thrilled. For the final move, Lace kicks him to the ground—but upon impact, Jinx becomes paralyzed and suddenly can’t move. The scene cuts to him lying on a cot, about to be taken to urgent care, where he apologizes to Margo for having judged her earlier about her OnlyFans, making the realization that everyone is just putting on a performance. He asks whether the father knows about it, and Margo responds by revealing that the father was actually her literature professor.
The episode concludes with Margo sitting across from KC and Rose, prepared to share her world-changing ideas ahead of their collaboration. At the same time, Jinx unexpectedly arrives at Mark’s office at Fullerton College. Mark extends his hand for a handshake, and Jinx reveals that he is Margo’s father. He then squeezes Mark’s hand tighter and tighter, until his bones begin to crack.
Episode 4 of Margo’s Got Money Troubles follows Margo as she makes progress both with her OnlyFans account and her relationship with Jinx. The episode offers an interesting shift for her character, highlighting how she uses OnlyFans not only for income, but also as a way to continue engaging with her writing craft. At the same time, viewers get a brief look into Jinx’s past when he reconnects with Lace at the wrestling fan expo. Nick Offerman is a standout in this episode, delivering a nuanced performance as a father navigating the complicated tension between wanting to reconnect with his daughter and grappling with the discovery of her online work. Looking ahead, the audience can anticipate what ideas Margo has in store for her collaboration with KC and Rose, as well as Mark’s new involvement with this whole situation.
