Percy reveals to Sam that she and Charlie slept together ten years ago, and that it was the biggest mistake of her life. Sam is hurt and betrayed. He leaves her without saying a word. Percy sleeps outside overnight. She tries calling Charlie, but he doesn’t pick up. She then texts him, saying that Sam knows. Percy then gets a call, and gets up and leaves.
Charlie approaches Sam in their home, but Sam ignores him. Charlie tries to explain himself, saying how it was also the biggest mistake of his life. Sam calmly lays down the rules. The two brothers are going to get through the rest of the week, lay their mother to rest, and then never speak to each other again. Sam tells Charlie that he is dead to him.
Percy runs to Delilah’s house. There are movers all around the property, and she is freaking out. Apparently her ex-husband, Whit, is making her move out of the house with only a couple of hours to do so. Percy calls Chantal for advice, and Chantal tells them that they need to get out as soon as possible. Percy helps Delilah carry all her things and they comedically get out of the house before things get worse. Jordie organizes a motel room for her.
In a flashback, Percy and Sam are in an official relationship, and they are in love. They don’t care who knows it. Still working together at The Tavern, they decide that they want to take their relationship to the next level and start having intimate contact. They agree to meet at Sam’s place after work. Delilah shows up unannounced. Nevertheless, Percy invites her over to get ready for her special night with Sam. Delilah seems like she’s hiding something, but Percy has her head up in the clouds. When Percy leaves, Delilah pulls out a pregnancy test and just stares at it. Delilah then goes to her car to put her things away, and Jordie sees her. She breaks down crying saying how she’s in a really bad situation.

Back in the present, Charlie goes to Jordie and Chantal for help as Sam is nowhere to be found. When Jordie calls him, his phone just goes straight to voicemail. Jordie has an idea of where he could be, so they set off. On the car ride, Charlie reveals what he and Percy did ten years ago. Jordie is very disappointed. The three of them reach a bar, and lo and behold, Sam is at the counter drunk out of his mind. He’s about to be kicked out when Jordie grabs him. As men approach them, Chantal goes on the offensive. But in the tussle, Sam punches Charlie and Chantal accidentally hits Jordie in the nose. Chantal cleans Jordie up, and the two almost kiss, but Charlie interrupts them. They all take Sam home.
The episode ends with Jordie checking on Delilah; he tells Percy that he knows. However, he also lets her know that it’s none of his business. Chantal goes to Drew and tells him that she almost kissed someone, and she can’t tell if it meant anything. Finally, Charlie checks in on Sam as he’s in and out of consciousness. Fade to black.

This episode was the most intense one out of the season. We learn that Chantal can pack a punch and is a great lawyer. The backstory of Delilah teaches us why she’s a bit uptight. She had to make a life changing decision so young, and Percy didn’t seem to care until Jordie told her. Sam is handling the news badly, but it fits his character and current arc, as he planned to have a fiancee, and his brother was really the only family he had left. The storyline of Chantal and Jordie was a sweet touch as it was hinted that Chantal wasn’t happy in her relationship, and Jordie really cared for her. However, this has all been in the timespan of one week. That fact is quite forgetful as the characters are going through very difficult milestones in their lives.
