Gildart Jackson has landed a guest role on an upcoming episode of Supernatural, the Hollywood Reporter announced Monday.
His role will be that of Haggerty, a veteran member of the Men of Letters, a secret society of scholars whose goal is to research the supernatural. He will appear in flashbacks to the 1930s.
Jackson’s television credits include Charmed, Stargate: Atlantis and The Suite Life on Deck. He currently serves as the host of ABC’s reality competition series Whodunnit?, playing Giles the butler.
He will appear in the fourth episode of Supernatural’s upcoming ninth season.
