The official description of the show according to Variety states,” Hailey moved to the big city of Dimmadelphia because of her dad’s new job. Along with being in an unknown environment, Hailey is feeling lonely because of her brother moving to college. She then meets her pink and green-haired neighbors who reveal themselves as Wanda and Cosmo, and decide to come out of retirement to make Hailey’s wish come true”.
