Shortly after releasing a teaser for the second half of The Walking Dead season 8, AMC quickly followed with a full trailer. As the promo promises, “it’s time to finish the fight.”

The 30-second clip highlights fire, guns, and Neegan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) promising his Saviors are coming. Eugene is still practicing his ammunition skills but are we really sure what side he’s working for? Enid appears to have returned to Maggie’s nest after her encounter in the first half of the season with the Oceanside group.

In an interview with Comicbook.com, Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes) discusses this ongoing battle and what is has done to his character, “[Rick has] lost the things that he’s fighting this war for,” Lincoln states, “That has a huge effect on him and it changes him irrevocably.”
