Little information is known about him or his powers, but it is known that he gained them by taking the V1 serum. Following up, the next character is Private Angel, portrayed by Elizabeth Posey (Dreamcatcher, Gully), whose name suggests that she has a military background. The last on the list is Torpedo, played by Will Hochman (Blue Bloods, Critical Thinking), who was stated to be a part of the U.S. Navy in World War II.
