Thursday wasn’t a big night in ratings: pretty much all the shows faired badly or, at least, low than their average.
ABC
The reality show The Taste slipped down from its premiere, losing nearly 1.1 million viewers, but managed to do better than Once Upon A Time In Wonderland average ratings in the same time slot, which brings even more bad omen to the Once Upon A Time‘s spin-off.
The Assets, the new ABC midseason nine-episode show, premiered really low with only 3.8 million viewers and 0.7 demo rating and beat Do No Harm‘s record, becoming the lowest rated-in season premiere drama launch ever.
NBC
Community returned for the second episode of the fifth season and hit lower ratings than in the premiere, with 3 million viewers and 1.2 demo rating, which is 13 and 32 per cent down from the premiere, but similar to the season finale last year.
Sean Saves The World and The Michael J. Fox both got lower ratings than in the previous week, but Parenthood managed to raise them a little, with 4 million viewers and 1.3 demo rating.
CBS
The Big Bang Theory was one of the few shows which managed to get good ratings this Thursday, with 19 million viewers and a demo rating of 5.3, upping 7,2% from the fall finale.
The Crazy Ones and Two And A Half Men both hit ratings a little bit higher than in their previous episodes, although keeping their average of viewers. The Millers only upped in the demo rating.
Elementary closed what was a generally good night for CBS with 9 million viewers and a 1.8 demo rating.
