The new Disney+ series Primos, long awaited by fans, will be released in a few weeks. Yesterday, the streamer released its first full-length trailer, Comicbook.com reports. It has been in the works for a few years and will now debut soon. The first two episodes will premiere on Disney Channel on July 25 at 8 p.m. PST. According to Comicbook.com, the program will have two weekly episodes, released every Saturday, beginning on July 27 at 9:00 a.m. PST, a different time from the premiere date. Those who do not have cable can watch the first nine episodes of the animated series on July 26, when they will be available to stream on Disney+.
Primos’ lead cast includes Myrna Velasco (Sorry I Killed You, Descendants: Wicked World) as Tater, Michelle Ortiz (This Fool, MADtv) as Tater’s mother Bibi, Jim Conroy (Kenny the Shark, Rio) as her father Bud, Melissa Villaseñor (The Standups, Reindeer in Here) as Tater’s sister Nellie, Cheech Marin (Tin Cup, Up in Smoke) as Tater’s grandfather, Angélica María (Sea of Dreams, Rosalinda) as Tater’s grandmother and Liza Koshy (A Family Affair, Players) as Tater’s best friend, Serena.
Other secondary characters, according to Comicbook.com, include Tater’s roster of cousins, who include Cristina Vee Valenzuela (Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir, Victor & Valentino) as Tere and Toñita, Elizabeth Grullón (Scandal, Criminal Minds) as Lita, Jonathan Melo as Scooter, Natasha Kline (The Lego Ninjago Movie, Big City Greens) as Gordita and ChaCha, Rick Simon as Cousin Bud and Big Nacho, Nomi Ruiz (Haymaker, Pose) as Tabi, Becca Q. Co (Cats Kill, City on a Hill) as Lot Lot, Sarah Tubert (Seasons of Love, Just Swipe) as Lucita and Ryan Anderson Lopez (Jane The Virgin, Station 19) as Nachito.

However, her plans take an unexpected turn when her family invites all 12 of her cousins to stay with them, leading to a summer of surprises and unforgettable adventures.”
As stated prior, Primos will be released on Disney Channel on July 25 and available to stream on Disney+ on July 26.
