The Hedge Knight Rises: ‘A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms’ Recovers Audience Score In Mid-Season Episode

The latest Game of Thrones spin-off, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms has just received major boost in its audience score within the fourth episode. According to Screenrant, the series had a rocky begin and the score had dropped to surprising 64%, after the second episode concluded, but now received an 8% percent increase and now sits at a  72%. In contrast, the series boasts a critic rating of 95, surpassing seasons of both Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon.

Reported by Screenrant, the episode shows the wrath of House Targaryen, in which Ser Duncan, played by Peter Claffey (Vikings: Vahalla, Bad Sister), comes face to face with the mysterious man in the first episode, who is revealed to by Daeron Targaryen, played by Henry Ashton (Outlander, My Lady Jane), and older brother of Egg, played by Dexter Sol Ansell (The Moor, Emerdale).

Further stated by Screenrant, Duncan has been arrested and is now required to participate in a trial known as the Trial of Seven, which is a form of trial by combat involving seven fighters on each side. He must recruit six other knights to fight alongside him in order to secure a pardon for his actions.

With only two episodes remaining, Duncan’s life hangs in the balance, with the momentum swinging in his favor. Time will only tell if Duncan will be able to survive the trial and continue his journey. and All current episodes of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms are available to watch on HBO Max.
