The trailer begins with Falcon taking on the title of the new Captain America, after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Falcon is training for combat with the shield of Captain America and practicing throwing it at padded trees, after it ricochets off of the targets he catches it as well. We then get to see both The Falcon and The Winter Soldier in action as they work together through some nail biting situations. Fighting atop a moving truck, and zipping through the air as missiles are launched; the trailer foretells the action we can come to expect to see in the six episode series.
Directed by Canadian filmmaker Kari Skogland (Fifty Dead Men Walking) with Malcolm Spellman (Our Family Wedding) as head writer, the action packed series stars Mackie and Stan along with Wyatt Russell (Overlord), Emily VanCamp (Revenge) and Daniel Brühl (The Alienist). The series also features Erin Kellyman (Solo: A Star Wars Story), Georges St. Pierre (Captain America: The Winter Soldier), Amy Aquino (Bosch), Adepero Oduye (Geostorm) and Danny Ramirez (On My Block).
