‘Sweet Tooth’ Treats Fans With Final Season Trailer And June Premiere

According to Screenrant, Netflix has released a trailer for the final season of Sweet Tooth. It offers a glimpse into the final perilous trek that Gus and company will have to overcome. Snowy landscapes dominate the scenes, hinting at the challenges Gus will face in his search for answers. The final season is scheduled to make its debut this summer on June 6th.

The second season ended with Gus and his friends starting a riot , and take down Abbott played by Neil Sandilands (Desert Rose) and The Last Men. They escape the unsafe haven, but soon find a new mission after listening to Miller’s tape, and mark their next destination to Alaska. The series is setting Mrs. Zhang playing by Rosalind Chao ( 3 Body Problem), who survived the riot to be the main antagonist in the upcoming season.

Sweet Tooth takes place in a world , where a virus has killed almost all of humanity and filled with Hybrid. The series made its debut on Netflix on June 21, 2021 and is based on the Jeff Lemire’s (The Underwater Welder) Vertigo comics. Accoridng to IMDB, Sweet Tooth has a sturdy rating of 91% on Rotten Tomatoes. The shows take place in a post apocalyptic world where an unknown virus has wiped out the majority of humanity. It follows the journey of the deer hybrid, Gus played by Christian Convery (Playing with Fire).

Other returning members including Convery will be Nonso Anozie (Artemis Fowl) as Tommy, Stefania LaVie Owen (Krampus) as Bear, Naledi Makel Murray (Tommy) as Wendy, and Dania Ramirez (Premium Rush) as Aimee Eden . According to Screenrant, a new addition to the cast this season is Kelly Marie Tran (Raya and The Last Dragon).

Sweet Tooth has garnered praise for its unique blend of fantasy, coming-of-age story, and social commentary. While waiting for the premiere of the final season of Sweet Tooth , the previous seasons are available to rewatch on Netflix.
