In a brand new episode on Wednesday night, Satan will finally give birth to the Antichrist, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Titled “The Crap Out,” the fifth episode may be South Park’s big finale to season 28, if it follows the same structure as season 27.
This week’s South Park season finale, which has a very Stan-centric logline, promises a brief visit to the familiar Colorado town. The Hollywood Reporter says this episode is set to feature a birth, but the drama centers on the convergence of two strange events: Trump starting a clandestine affair with his Vice President, J.D. Vance, while Satan’s due date approaches for his child with the Antichrist.
Although this show has depicted him as a philandering, conniving, vice-president-bedding figure, according to The Hollywood Reporter, President Trump has yet to comment.
“Satan’s due, Stan’s praying, and only a Christmas miracle can deliver the Antichrist on time.”
The creators, Trey Parker (Despicable Me 3, BASEketball) and Matt Stone (BASEketball Team America: World Police), keep the audience on their toes while they push limits with each episode.
The latest installment of South Park’s ratings-smashing 28th season is set to air Wednesday night. The popular animated series originally made its debut on Comedy Central back in 1997. According to the network, other new episodes of the current season premiered on October 29, November 12, November 26, and December 10 via The Hollywood Reporter.
The following day, the episode is streamable on Paramount+ as well as on Comedy Central tonight at 10 PM ET/PT.
Past episodes, such as the chaotic Thanksgiving episode, have been known to make a big splash in the media. mxdwn recently reported on the “Turkey Trot” episode, continuing this year’s plot involving Trump and Satan’s child, and the anticipation continues for the birth of the Antichrist.
