Known for its vibrant music scene, Nashville hasn’t been as widely used as a TV series backdrop compared to cities like Atlanta or Memphis. However, its role in ABC’s Nashville has made the city familiar to TV audiences, making it a promising option for the 9-1-1 brand.

The Nashville-set spinoff will join 9-1-1 on ABC, which is reportedly in talks for a Season nine renewal, Deadline added. The franchise continues to thrive, with its expansion reinforcing its staying power. Bassett, who stars in the Los Angeles-based series, remains a key part of the franchise’s continued success.
