Shay Rudolph (The Baby-Sitters Club, Lethal Weapon, I Wish You All the Best) has joined the second season of Prime Video’s Off Campus. According to Deadline, Rudolph will portray Summer Di Laurentis, the sister of Dean Di Laurentis, played by Stephen Kalyn (The Perfect Wedding, Transplant, Cascade).
Season two will center on the relationship between Dean and Allie Hayes, portrayed by Mika Abdalla (Snack Shack, Sex Appeal, The Pitt). Rudolph and Kalyn announced her casting in a social media post.
Based on Elle Kennedy’s (The Deal, The Mistake, The Score) bestselling Off-Campus book series, the show follows members of an elite college hockey team and the women in their lives as they navigate relationships, heartbreak, friendships and the challenges of entering adulthood. Dean and Allie are the central characters in Kennedy’s The Score, the third novel in the Off-Campus book series.
Rudolph joins returning series regulars Abdalla and Kalyn alongside Ella Bright (Malory Towers, The Crown, Holmes & Watson), Belmont Cameli (Until Dawn, Along for the Ride, The Alto Knights), Antonio Cipriano (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, A Week Away, National Treasure: Edge of History), Jalen Thomas Brooks (The Pitt, Thanksgiving, Walker) and India Fowler (Fear Street: Prom Queen, The Nevers, The Agency). Phillipa Soo (Hamilton, Over the Moon, Doctor Odyssey) is also set to appear in a recurring role.
The first season of Off Campus became one of Prime Video’s most-watched series debuts. According to the streamer, the season accumulated 36 million viewers globally during its first 12 days and ranked as the third most-viewed debut season for a series in Prime Video history. Among women ages 18 to 34, it became the streamer’s most-watched debut season for a series.
Created by Louisa Levy (The Flight Attendant, Death and Other Details, Stumptown), the series is co-showrun and executive produced by Levy and Gina Fattore (Californication, Dawson’s Creek, Reunion). Wyck Godfrey (People We Meet on Vacation, The Maze Runner, First Man), Marty Bowen (People We Meet on Vacation, Fatherhood, The Maze Runner), James Seidman (Swagger, Wu-Tang: An American Saga), Leanna Billings (Misfits, Decay, F. Godfather) and Neal Flaherty (A History of Violence, Monster-in-Law, Red Eye) also serve as executive producers.
In addition to Off Campus, Rudolph is set to lead Disney+’s upcoming Holes reboot. She also recently starred in She Keeps Me Young, which premiered at the 2026 Tribeca Film Festival, and is set to appear in the upcoming film Hot Year.
