The second season of HIDIVE’s Oshi no Ko is coming up soon! Its release is set for July 2024, so the anime is just few weeks away. Today, there has been the exclusive announcement of a world premiere at the Anime Expo this summer, Comicbook.com reports.
The worldwide premiere of the second season of Oshi No Ko, according to Comicbook.com, will be happening in Los Angeles, California. The anime will have a special screening at the Anime Expo on Saturday, July 6. The premiere will begin with a summary of the events that unfolded in season one with the pilot episode. Afterward, HIDIVE will show the second episode of season two exclusively, with the participation of special guests.
“The panel will be hosted by HIDIVE’s Star Butler, who will welcome two incredibly special guests from Season Two’s production, Yurie Igoma (voice of Ruby) and KADOKAWA series producer Shimpei Yamashita,” the streaming service explained via Comicbook.com.
“HIDIVE is excited to bring this very special Oshi no Ko Season Two celebration to fans at Anime Expo 2024,” The resident of HIDIVE, John Ledford, added via Comicbook.com. “We’re incredibly honored to not only host Oshi no Ko star Yurie Igoma and series producer Shimpei Yamashita but also present the world premiere of Season Two Episode Two. Fans will not want miss being part of the expected capacity audience!”
Anime lovers will be able to see the trailer for the second season in July, according to Comicbook.com, when the show will be widely released internationally. The streaming platform HIDIVE will stream the entire second season, just like they showed season one. The official synopsis is available to read below to begin watching the first season of Oshi No Ko before its second season’s release:
