According to The Hollywood Reporter, the two actresses just landed roles in the ABC show’s second season.
Rebeka Montoya (General Hospital) will portray Toni, a lawyer who is beautiful and ambitious and whose presence will, reportedly, affect many of the main characters.
As for Catherine Kim (Gossip Girl, 90210), she will play Mia, a patient of Karen Kim (Yunjin Kim) who will eventually represent a big problem for her doctor.
Both actresses will recur in several episodes.
Mistresses is ABC’s adaptation of the namesake British series, with Alyssa Milano, Yunjin Kim, Rochelle Aytes and Jes Macallan in the leading roles of, respectively, Savannah, Karen, April and Josslyn.
The show’s first season had 13 episodes and was renewed for a second season, expected to have the same number of episodes, which will premiere this summer.
