According to Collider, after two-year wait, Universal Pictures and Seth MacFarlane’s (Family Guy, The End Is Nye) comedic series Ted is gearing up to air its second season. The series is set to air its second instalment on the fifth of March and Peacock has just revealed an exclusive look at what’s to come. The series did well in its first season on Peacock, as it made the top 10 original streaming series rankings three times during its first two-month run when it aired.

As per Collider, the Ted franchise follows the adventures of John Bennett, who wished that Ted, his beloved teddy bear, would come to life. Ted comes to life and becomes a foul-mouthed individual who has no filter. The Ted films follow the two as they are adults, and the television prequel sees the duo in their early lives, living back home in Framingham, Massachusetts. The film franchise, between 2012 and 2015, the films included Mark Wahlberg (The Family Plan, Daddy’s Home), Amanda Seyfried (Mean Girls, Long Bright River) and Jessica Barth (Along Came the Devil, A Stolen Life), who will also be voicing their film counterparts in a new Ted Animated Series
According to Collider, The cast of the Peacock series include MacFarlane as Ted, Max Burkholder (Friends With Money, The Pack Podcast) as John Bennett, Alanna Ubach (It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The Last of Us) as Susan Bennett, Scott Grimes (Band of Brothers, American Dad!) as Matty Bennett, Giorgia Whigham (13 Reasons Why, Into the Dark) as Blaire Bennett, Marissa Shankar (Scare Tactics, Happy Hour) as Sarah, Julius Sharpe (United We Fall, making History) as Mr. George, Ara Hollyday (Asteroid City, Ick) as Andrew, Liz Richman (Lois on the Shore, Beyond the Pages) as Polly and Penny Johnson Jerald (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, The Larry Sanders Show) as the Principal.
