NBC’s Peacock has released the ‘Bel-Air’ Season 2 teaser, which reveals that Will, played by Jabari Banks (The Mandela Project), has some difficult decisions to make, via Deadline. Banks narrates the teaser, opening with “Life is a series of choices: set your own rules, or disturb the system.” He closes with “We all got choices to make, but this time no one chooses for me.”
Bel-Air is a dramatic spin-off of hit 90s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air starring Will Smith (I Am Legend, Men in Black). The series follows main character Will as he navigates the difficult journey moving from the streets of West Philadelphia to a gated mansion in Bel-Air. Will must deal with these two worlds colliding while unraveling the complicated emotions, conflicts, and biases of a completely different world, via Deadline.
Season 2 of Bel-Air shows Will at a crossroads as he is forced to challenge what he has learned in Bel-Air, and he must navigate his home life as he tries to rebuild the trust he broke at the end of Season 1, according to Deadline.
Alongside Banks, Bel-Air stars Adrian Holmes (The Cabin in the Woods, Elysium), Cassandra Freeman (Atlanta, Inside Man), Olly Sholotan (Run Hide Fight, Gigi & Nate), Coco Jones (Vampires vs. the Bronx, Good Luck Charlie), Akira Akbar (Captain Marvel, We Can Be Heroes), Jimmy Akingbola (Kate and Koji, Most Dangerous Game), Jordan L. Jones (Snowfall, Rel), and Simone Joy Jones (The Son of No One, Anything’s Possible).
The new season of Bel-Air will be available to stream on Peacock on February 23 with three episodes, followed by a new episode every Thursday, via Deadline.
