

Netflix has released the full trailer for The Witcher season four, offering the most comprehensive look at Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games, Independence Day: Resurgence) taking on the titular role of Geralt of Rivia, whose journey searching for Ciri, played by Freya Allan (Gunpowder Milkshake, The War of the Worlds). According to Screenrant, the trailer offers a glimpse from the cataclysmic events of the previous season which separated Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer, played by Anya Chalotra (Creature Commandos, Twilight of the Gods), who are preparing their forces for the upcoming battle to save all life on the Continent.
Stated by Screenrant, the trailer gives a contrast of the character portrayal by both Hemsworth and Henry Cavill (Enola Holmes, Man of Steel) showcasing the subtle differences between their mannerisms and speech.. Additionally, we will also see the return Venemir, who will be played by Peter Mullan (Ozark, The Vanishing) and a new face to the series, Regis, played by Laurence Fishburne (The Matrix, John Wick: Chapter 2), who will certainly be key characters in the series journey.
Reported by Screenrant, new images from the upcoming season have been released, showcasing the individual storylines of each protagonist. One notable scene features Geralt and Jaskier, portrayed by Joey Batey (The Witcher: Blood Origin, Sirens of the Deep), who appear to have been captured by an unknown group and are tied to a cart. In additional photos, we see the duo rallying various races to join them in the upcoming battle and the creatures they will face along the way.
The fourth season is scheduled to premiere on October 30, while waiting on further information the previous seasons of The Witcher are available to stream on Netflix. Moreover, this will not be the end of the fantasy series, as it will continue with its fifth and final installment.
