Netflix has released its trailer for its new exclusive series, Marvel’s Daredevil.
According to Paste Magazine, the series, which stars Charlie Cox as Matt Murdoch (Daredevil), will feature 13 one-hour episodes. Alongside Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio will portray Wilson Fisk and Rosario Dawson will play Claire Temple. Daredevil will be the first of four live-action Marvel series released by Netflix. A.K.A. Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage will all have their own series along with Marvel’s The Defenders.
This trailer introduces viewers to new villains that will drive the plot of the series. It also dives deeper into Matt Murdoch’s (Daredevil) back story and how he is currently trying to fight evil and make a difference in his city. He reveals that he is just trying to make his city a better place. The trailer still leaves the show somewhat of a mystery, but it certainly intrigues its audience.
Marvels’ Daredevil, with its 13 episodes, will premiere on Netflix April 10.
