Deadline has reported that the launch of NBC’s new crime procedural series Found debuted to impressive ratings. It quickly became NBC’s top debut on Peacock after just six days of being available to stream.
The first episode of Found premiered on October 3 and has since gained 10.5 million views on all NBCU platforms, according to Deadline. That is a 180% increase in viewership from its live premiere and same-day audience, which was 3.8 million.
The linear debut of the series had a rating of 0.4 among adults 18-49, which increased 376% to a rating of 1.9, Deadline reports.
Found stars Shanola Hampton (Shameless, Things Never Said) as Gabi Mosely, Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Saved by the Bell, Franklin & Bush) as Sir, Kelli Williams (Lie to Me, Ties That Bind) as Margaret Reed, Arlen Escarpeta (The Oath, Into the Storm) as Zeke Wallace, Brett Dalton (Just My Type, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) as Mark Trent, Gabrielle Walsh (Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones, Close Enough) as Lacey Quinn, and Karan Oberoi (The Flash, Counterpart) as Dhan Rana.
The cast also includes A’Zaria Carter (P-Valley, Big George Foreman), Rena Maliszewski (Defending Jacob, Sound of Metal), and Bill Kelly (The Last Thing He Wanted, Where the Crawdads Sing).
The series is created by Nkechi Okoro Carroll (All American, Rosewood) and is produced by Rock My Soul Productions and Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros.
Found airs on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
This successful launch follows high viewership of another new series from NBC on Peacock, The Irrational, which has received 12.1 million views across NBCU platforms since the series debuted on September 25. This is up 216% increase from its linear debut, which had an audience of 3.8 million, according to Deadline. The premiere was rated 0.34 among adults 18-49, which increased 549% to 2.27.
The Irrational airs on NBC on Mondays at 10 p.m. ET/PT. It stars Jesse L. Martin (Law & Order, The Flash), Maahra Hill (Delilah, I Believe), and Molly Kunz (The Wise Kids, The Wolf and the Lion).
