MTV has decided to cancel the late-night series from Nikki Glaser and Sara Schaefer.
Nikki & Sara Live will not return after two seasons, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Susanne Daniels, the president of MTV programming said, “We are huge fans of Nikki and Sara, they are extremely talented and funny, and we look forward to working with them again.”
The series, hosted by the duo behind the podcast You Had To Be There, showed celebrity interviews, fast-paced jokes and more. Nikki and Sara used that platform to announce that their series wouldn’t have a third season while discussing their favorite moments of the show.
The series completed the second 12-episode run on October 29 with guests like Jimmy Fallon, Arsenio Hall and Chris Hardwick.
