MGM Studios Shares ‘Spider-Man Noir’ Updates For Characters and Casting

Comicbook reveals the popular TV show Spider-Man Noir released new casting updates. Joining the cast will be Kai Caster (Yellowstone). Spider-Man Noir features the beloved character Spider-Man in a different universe. This series follows an old-school New York City detective from the 1930s. The character is known for different styles of combat. This version of Spider-Man uses parkour moves and guns as his weapon of choice.

Fans first saw this character back in 2018 with Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. The film featured many Spider-mans all from different universes. Spider-Man Noir played by Nicolas Cage (Longlegs) was by far one of the most notable. With his old-time language fans found his character to be great comedic relief. Fans were excited that Cage will be returning as his character for the new series.

Deadline shared the news of Casters casting the series but were hesitant to reveal what character he will play. With all the secrecy fans speculate over the mystery. The only information the network will give fans is that Caster will star as a “secret character”. Caster is well known for his role in Yellowstone as he plays young Kayce, a main character on the show. Following Yellowstone, Caster has also starred in American Horror Story as William Banks.

Some other popular stars viewers will see in the series is Lamorne Morris (New Girl) who will star as Robbie Robertson, a liberal Journalist in the 1930s. Fans gear up for the new series, ready to see their favorite characters back in action. While viewers share the excitement for the old characters, fans are raving and anticipating all the new characters the series will bring.

After the devastating effects of the Los Angeles fires, MGM Studios is unable to provide a release date for the show. But, fans still remain excited about the cast and character release. Keep up with MGM Studios for the long awaited release date.
