Marvel’s ‘Loki’ Season Two Featurette: A Glimpse into Multiversal Mayhem

Marvel fans worldwide are eagerly anticipating the return of everyone’s favorite trickster, Loki, in the highly-anticipated second season of the hit Disney+ series. In the featurette, we see the returning cast such as Tom Hiddleston (Skull Island), renowned for playing the god of mischief himself, along with Owen Wilson (Night at the Museum) returning as Mobius, and Sophia Marino (Yesterday) as Sylvie. We are also introduced to some brand new characters working at the TVA, such as OB, who will be played by Ke Huy Quan (Everything, Everywhere, All at Once). We see him working in an artifact room in the featurette and talking to Loki and Mobius. As the featurette suggests, fans can expect even more multiversal mayhem, mind-bending twists, and unexpected alliances in the upcoming season.

According to Tom Hiddleston, this season will be about Loki finding who he is and his journey. According to the Disney press release, Loki season two will now premiere on October 5, a day earlier than previously announced. Episodes will premiere on Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT only on Disney Plus. This is the second time the streamer has changed the release format within the last month. Star Wars Ahsoka shifted from Wednesdays to 9 p.m. on Tuesday evenings.
