

The series Mad Men coming to streaming this December. According to Deadline, the 16 time Emmy winning series, Mad Men created by Matthew Weiner (Mad Men, The Sopranos) will be making a return to the streaming network HBO Max. Fans of the series along with newcomers will be given an opportunity to watch the series that aired from 2007-2015.
According to Warner Bros. Discovery, the series explores the glamorous and ego driven Golden Age of advertising, where everyone is selling something and nothing is ever what it seems. No one knows the game better than Don Draper, Madison Avenue’s biggest ad man and ladies man in the business. The main character Don Draper is played by Jon Hamm (Landman, Your Friends & Neighbors).
Matthew Weiner (Mad Men, The Sopranos) wrote the pilot for the series and got the attention of David Chase (The Sopranos, The Many Saints of Newark) and would later hire him as a writer and producer on The Sopranos. According to Deadline, HBO passed the series Mad Men, despite support from David Chase (The Sopranos, The Many Saints of Newark) the series was passed due to a leadership change.
According to Warner Bros. Discovery, the President of Worldwide Television Distribution of Lionsgate had this to say, “Mad Men continues to show truly remarkable staying power with audiences a full decade after concluding its network run, and we couldn’t imagine a better home for it than HBO MAX.”
According to Deadline, the cast consists of Jon Hamm (Landman, Your Friends & Neighbors), Vincent Kartheiser (Titans, Ultrasound), Elisabeth Moss (The Handmaid’s Tale, Shell), January Jones (God Is A Bullet, Spinning Out), Christina Hendricks (Solar Opposites, Hacks), Rich Sommer (Big City Greens, Suits LA), Aaron Staton (Based On A True Story, 9-1-1), Kiernan Shipka (Red One, Grimsburg), Jessica Pare (The Simpsons, Star Vs. The Forces Of Evil), and John Slattery (Harley Quinn, What If).
The series will be available for 4k viewing on HBO Max and is set for streaming on December 1, 2025.
