The 22-year-old actor has landed a role in Paramount’s new pilot, according to Deadline.
Miller will play Carter, the common class clown, who wants to get out of Scouts badly so he can start getting along with the popular kids in his high school.
When he returns from a camping trip he finds out his town has been invaded by zombies and has to fight them off alongside his fellow Scouts.
Scouts Vs. Zombies, which is set to start filming in May, is the new horror comedy from Paramount, developed by Christopher Landon.
Other castings include Tye Sheridan (Mud, Tree Of Life) who’s playing the leading role as the leader of the Scouts.
Miller’s credits include Ultimate Spider-Man, I’m In The Band and Awake, among others.
