Linda Cardellini (Mad Men) will co-star opposite Kyle Chandler and Ben Mendelsohn in the upcoming Netflix psychological thriller.
According to Deadline, the drama hails from Damages creators Todd A. Kessler, Daniel Zelman, Glenn Kessler and Sony Pictures TV. The Kessler brothers along with Zelman wrote and executive produced the series as a follow-up to the FX/DirecTV legal thriller starring Glenn Close. The series will focus on a close-knit family of adult siblings that have their secrets and scars revealed when eldest brother Danny, the black sheep of the family, returns home.
Cardellini will portray the baby of the siblings, Meg, an attorney who is also warm, caring and fun yet also a complex woman with secrets. Chandler will play the middle brother.
Filming for the series is set to begin in late March in the Florida Keys.
Cardellini received an Emmy nomination for her first season on Mad Men; she portrays Don Draper’s mistress Sylvia. Cardellini, best known for her roles on Freaks & Geeks, Scooby-Doo and ER, recently finished filming comedy film Welcome To Me and is currently filming Lost In Austin.
Cardellini is repped by ICM Partners and Mosaic Media.
