Kiernan Shipka Mourns The Loss Of ‘Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’ Co-Star Chance Perdomo

Chance Perdomo, an actor on the series The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, passed away this past weekend in motorcycle accident at the age of 27. Upon his death, his castmates and fans have taken to social media to pay tribute to the late actor. CNN recently reported that Perdomo’s co-star Kiernan Shipka shared her thoughts and paid tribute to him on social media this past week.

In a post on Instagram, Shipka shared a set of photos and videos of the two smiling and having fun behind the scenes of The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. The caption read out her sentiments and described Perdomo as a “one of a kind soul”.

“As playful as he was kind.” she continued in her caption, “As loving as he was hilarious. He never failed to make me laugh and he never failed to keep me on my toes (or off of them if he was giving me a piggyback ride to my trailer which he often did. Thanks Chance.)”

The caption continues, “His humanity was a generous gift to me and to so many people. Really hard to picture this world without him in it. I loved him with my whole heart. I always will.”

The two actors worked together on the series The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. The Netflix show ran from the years 2018-2020. Perdomo also worked on the series Gen V on Prime Video.

The producers of Gen V also expressed their sentiments. In a statement on Twitter, they spoke highly of the late actor, telling fans about how charming and talented he was. In the statement, they said, “We can’t quite wrap our heads around this. For those of us who knew him and worked with him, Chance was always charming and smiling, an enthusiastic force of nature, an incredibly talented performer, and more than anything else, just a very kind, lovely person.”

Perdomo’s death was reported to news outlets this past Sunday by his representative.
