‘INDUSTRY’ Has Been Renewed For A Fifth And Final Season At HBO

According to the press release from HBO Max, the critically acclaimed, most-anticipated original drama series INDUSTRY, from Bad Wolf, has been renewed for fifth and final season on the streamer. Currently, the series is airing its fourth season, which will conclude on Sunday, March one at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT, an hour early, on HBO and HBO Max. The season has done so well that the streamer renewed the series before its conclusion.

As per the press release, the logline for the fourth season reads as follows: “At the top of their game and living the lives they set out to have as Pierpoint grads, Harper and Yasmin are drawn into a high-stakes, globetrotting cat-and-mouse game when a splashy fintech darling bursts onto the London scene. As Yasmin navigates her relationship with tech founder Sir Henry Muck  and Harper is pulled into the orbit of enigmatic executive Whitney Halberstram, their twisted friendship begins to warp and ignite under the pressure of money, power, and the desire to be on top.”

As per the press release, Francesca Orsi, HBO’s executive vice president of programming and the head of its drama series and films, said in a statement accompanying the renewal news, “For four seasons, Industry has thrilled us while examining power, money, politics, and class.
