The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. have added another scientist to their ranks.
Entertainment Weekly reports that English actor Ian Hart has been cast in a recurring role on the freshman ABC series. Beyond his role as a scientist, all details about the part are being kept under wraps.
Hart is perhaps most recognizable from his role as Professor Quirrell in “Harry Potter and the Sorceror’s Stone”. He has also appeared on The Virgin Queen and Luck, and was most recently seen on A&E’s Bates Motel.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. premieres September 24 on ABC.
