According to TV Line, the trailer for the revival of the animated series Futurama has recently aired. The series, which is now being revived at Hulu, will air a new season on July 24th—Matt Groening’s (Disenchantment) animated series about delivery employees and their quirky antics. The series initially aired on Fox for four seasons from 1999-2003 and then on Comedy Central for an additional three seasons from 2010-2013.

According to TV Line, Hulu is insisting that the new season will be enjoyed by old fans and newcomers. Longtime fans will also finally see the development of Fry and Leela’s epic love story as well as the secret contents of Nibbler’s litter box. Fans will also learn the secret history of evil Robot Santa as well as the whereabouts of Kif and Amy’s tadpoles.
Futurama follows the story of Fry, a New York delivery boy, who gets frozen while delivering pizza right before the start of the new year, only to wake up 1,000 years into the future. Although now, in the future, a lot has stayed the same for Fry as he is still a delivery man. Just now, his deliveries span all of space. Fry, along with his now crewmembers, work for Fry’s only living descendant Professor Farnsworth and his delivery service named Planet Express.
Returning voice cast for the series includes John DiMaggio (Skull Island) as Bender, Billy West (Big City Greens) as Fry, Professor Farnsworth, and Dr. Zoidberg; Katey Sagal (Married… with Children) as Leela; Tress MacNeille (The Simpsons) as Mom; Maurice LaMarche (Animaniacs) as Kif; Lauren Tom (Teen Titans Go!) as Amy; Phil LaMarr (Pulp Fiction) as Hermes; and David Herman (Bob’s Burger) as Scruffy.
Futurama’s revival will premiere on Hulu on July 24th.
