HBO Max Reveals Trailer For ‘Clone High’ Revival

According to Comicbook,  HBO Max has recently revealed trailer for the upcoming revival of the hit animated series Clone High. Way back in the 1980s secret government employees dug up many famous people from different walks of life and made genetic copies. These copies became sexy teen versions of the originals who as the theme song of the series states, ”are going to make it if they try, loving, learning, sharing, judging, time to laugh, and shive and cry, time to watch Clone High”. The series originally aired on MTV in 2002, created by Phil Lord (The Mitchells vs The Machines), Chris Miller (The Lego Movie), and Bill Lawrence (Scrubs), it will return with some of the original voice cast this spring on HBO Max. 

 Below is the new trailer HBO Max shared on their official Twitter account. 

When Clone High aired in 2002, it showed the clone versions of many famous individuals in their teenage angst-y phase while living in the fictional town of Exclamation, USA, which is run by the military as an elaborate experiment. 

According to Comicbook, the revived Clone High has already been confirmed for a second season. The reboot will see the original some of the original cast returning including voice actors Will Forte (The Last Man On Earth), Nicole Sullivan(Meet The Robinsons), Christopher Miller, and Phil Lord who are the voices of Abe, Joan, JFK, Mr. B, and Scudworth, respectively. 

The new cast for the series will include Mitra Jouhar (The Big Sick), Ayo Edebiri (The Bear), Vicci Martinez (Orange Is the New Black), Kelvin Yu (Bob’s Burger), Neil Casey (Ghostbusters), Jana Schmieding (Reservation Dogs), Sam Richardson (Velma), Mo Gaffney (Happy Texas), Al Madrigal (Lopez vs Lopez),  Danny Pudi (Community),  Emily Maya Mills (UCB Comedy Originals), Michael Bolton (Man of the Year), Mandy Moore (Saved!), Ian Ziering (Sharknado), and Steve Kerr. 

Fans can catch the series revival this spring on HBO Max.
