Yabba dabba doo! HBO Max announced that it will extend the availability of several Hanna-Barbera and Looney Tunes series, according to an HBO Max press release. The streamer had previously announced that many of their classic titles like The Flintstones, Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo Where Are You! and The Yogi Bear Show would be departing the service at the end of April.
No reason was given for the extension, nor is it clear how long they will remain available to users. But families and kids will be happy to have continued access to these shows.
The Looney Tunes and Hanna-Barbera animated series are staples for the HBO Max and Warner Bros. brand, according to Comic Book. The brand continues to tap these classics shows and characters for new projects, including the upcoming feature film, Space Jam: A New Legacy.
