Gossip Girl and The O.C. alum John Stephens has inked a two-year deal with Warner Bros. Television, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Under the new deal, Stephens will serve as an executive producer for Batman’s prequel Gotham, should Fox pick up the series. Until Gotham’s official announcement is made, Stephens will develop and create new projects for the studio.
In addition to serving as an executive producer on television dramas Gossip Girl and The O.C., Stephens has written best-selling children’s fantasy series The Books of Beginning. He is repped by UTA and Jackoway Tyerman.
