Fans Of Netflix’s Live-Action ‘One Piece’ Find Exclusive First Look Of Mr. 3

Netflix’s second season of One Piece is currently in production, and the filming seems to be almost done. Furthermore, in recent-behind-the-scenes video, fans have noticed a figure of one of the most important villains of the second season, Mr. 3, Comicbook.com reports. David Dastmalchian (Dune, The Suicide Squad) will portray this character, and fans are eager to see how his performance will be.

According to Comicbook.com, this actor has starred in the following movies: Dark Knight and The Last Voyage of The Demeter, just to mention a few. He was also the male lead in Late Night With The Devil, a famous horror movie this year, which saw the actor portraying a late-night television host dealing with a supernatural threat.

According to Comicbook.com, fans specifically saw statue representing the live-action Monkey D. Luffy alongside Dastmalchain’s new Mr. 3 live-action character. It wasn’t specifically Dastmalchian, but it gives fans a glimpse of the character’s appearance after post-production. Fans immediately noticed that the live-action crew had done a great job of the character’s hairstyle in this statue, showing that this crew is paying attention to the source material, as noticed in season one.

According to Comicbook.com, One Piece fans are waiting to see how the live-action crew will show the Alabasta arc on screen. But before that, the Straw Hats crew will visit other locations this season. An example is the island of Little Garden, in which the crew runs into the giants Dorry and Brogy, as well as various members of Baroque Works, like Mr. 3, who is one of the leaders of Crocodile’s gang.

According to Comicbook.com, Mr.3 has specific powers, which include creating and manipulating candle wax. It doesn’t seem like a dangerous power at first, but it will cause trouble to the Straw Hats Crew in this arc.

One Piece‘s live-action season one is currently available for streaming on Netflix. Season two is set to be released in 2025.
