Fallout TV Series Finished Taping According to Lead Actor

According to ScreenRant, a new series based on the popular and satirical post-apocalyptic video game franchise, Fallout, has reportedly completed production. The show is going to be available on Prime Video in the foreseeable future, and actor Walton Goggins (Justified, Righteous Gemstones, The Hateful Eight) shared some insightful information on a recent social media post talking about the show’s production and taping progress.

The Bethesda (the video game company responsible for Fallout series) based adaptation started filming at the beginning of the Summer in 2022, though they managed to keep the show’s development secret from the public and their initial fanbase. The show will follow Goggin’s character Ghoul, a once average fellow turned mutant by nuclear radiation poisoning.

Goggins posted an update about the show on March 4, 2023 telling the world that the series has finished filming. He continued about his experience on set while building anticipation for eager potential audiences. His Instagram post says the following:

“Been quiet… been busy… but now… I wrapped FALLOUT (wait til you see this fucking tsunami coming your way!) and now have some time to myself. Haven’t for a long time. Never been good at standing still… got to take my boy skiing this morning at our local spot then came to clean up my rig. Vacilando. Even found a bottle of @mulholland.spirits Gin I put in here for the next trip.”

Even though Goggins didn’t specify whether they were finishing filming a pilot, episodes, or the entire season, excited viewers got an update on its progress. Goggins also described the show as “a fucking tsunami coming your way!”, hyping up fans even more before discussing a break from the set and post-production necessities.

A release date for the show has not been confirmed, but more information should be released shortly. If Goggins is correct about them finishing production, then editing and advertising will be coming soon. The show will be streamable on Prime Video.
