The rapper will be hosting and performing on the first episode of Saturday Night Live of 2014.
It will not the first time that Drake will perform on SNL, having been on the show as a musical guest back in 2011. However, this will mark the first time the rapper will host.
Drake’s acting skills were definitely proven through the eight years that he’s starred in the Canadian show Degrassi: The Next Generation (2001-2009), so it is expected that his performance will not disappoint.
The first episode of SNL in 2014 will air on Saturday, January 18t at 11:30 p.m on NBC.
