Disney Channel Renews ‘Jessie’ For Fourth Season

Disney Channel renewed comedy kid series Jessie for a fourth season.

 

The comedy series centering on Nanny Jessie and the Ross kids will return for a fourth season. The season is set to premiere in January 2015 on Disney Channel. The current third season will continue to air new episodes including on episode directed by the series 21 year-old star/producer Debby Ryan. There is a story arc coming in the fall of 2014 where Jessie is engaged.

Jessie is a fan favorite for kids and families all around the world.  Pam Eells (Executive Producer, Creator) and the entire team behind Jessie have made this television family a huge global hit,” said Adam Bonnett, Executive Vice President, Original Programming, Disney Channels Worldwide. “Our audience gets to continue the journey with these characters, watching the Ross kids grow up with Jessie guiding the way for them.”

The series stars Debby Ryan, Kevin Chamberlin, Peyton List, Karan Brar, Cameron Boyce and Skai Jackson.

Executive producers on the series are Pamela Eells O’Connell and Debby Ryan is producer.
