Deadly Clash And Hardison’s Exit Teased In Leverage: Redemption Season Three Trailer

According to Tvline, Leverage: Redemption season three is set to premiere on Thursday, April 17, with the first three episodes releasing. The team— Gina Bellman (Coupling, Bad Education) as Sophie, Christian Kane (Angel, The Librarians) as Eliot, Beth Riesgraf (Criminal Minds, The Mentalist) as Parker and Aldis Hodge (City on Hill, Straight Outta Compton) as Hardison—is facing fresh challenges, including old enemies and potential departures. TVLine notes that the season will feature the crew’s “international escapades” and high-stakes cons, blending personal drama with thrilling heists.

In the first trailer, Parker has a tense reunion with her long-time nemesis, Alexandra Park (The Royals, Secret Bridesmaids’ Business) who plays Astrid. As TVLine reports, this dangerous encounter is just one part of a season packed with twists. Meanwhile, Hardison begins to question his place on the team, a storyline that aligns with Aldis Hodge’s (One Night In Miami, Leverage) packed schedule.

Hodge shared with TVLine, “Fans might not get enough of Hardison because I was a little occupied shooting Season two of Cross this past summer.” Similarly, Noah Wyle (Friends, ER) who plays Harry, admitted that he couldn’t participate in writing or directing this season due to his focus on his own project, Max’s The Pitt.

This season, the team will face a slew of morally complex challenges. As detailed by TVLine, “The team will be tasked with bringing down power broker who’s turning clean water into dirty money, fighting a mayor who’s both judge and jury in his town, and dealing with an industrialist exploiting child labor.” The team also has to evade a “revenge plot” from a familiar enemy. As TVLine sums up, “All this while navigating the fallout from their evolving personal relationships.”

Guest stars this season include Rachael Harris (Lucifer), Drew Powell (Gotham), and Jack Coleman (Heroes). According to TVLine, “Auden Wyle will reprise his role as Harry’s daughter,” while The Goldbergs star Cedric Yarbrough and Smallville alum Sam Witwer also join the cast.

John Rogers takes over as showrunner for Season three, with TVLine confirming he is “executive-producing alongside co-creator Chris Downey (Suits, Station 19) and Dean Devlin (The Librarians, The Ark).” With the team facing explosive new cons and unresolved tensions, this season promises to deliver even more of what fans love about the show.

The return of Leverage: Redemption brings fresh intrigue and dangerous adventures, all while deepening the personal stakes for the team. As TVLine puts it, this season will “keep viewers on the edge of their seats.”
