The show started streaming on the CW on October 11th, 2022. It serves as a spinoff and prequel to the critically acclaimed show Supernatural. According to CBS News, the show continues to tell the tale of Mary played by Meg Donnelly (Team Toon, Zombies) and John played by Drake Rodger (The In Between, Quiet in My Town).  When Nida Khurshid’s (Station 19, For the People) character Latika and JoJo Fleites’ (Matilda) character Carlos look into a musician’s mysterious death, Carlos has to come to terms with a part of his past he wishes not to see. Bianca Kajlich (Rules of Engagement, Bosch) plays Millie who helps Samuel recover and gathers more insight on who the Men of Letters are.

Written by Nic Chatree Sridej and directed by Amyn Kaderali-Chokora (Supernatural, Little Man), episode eight titled, “Hang on To Your Life”, is the continuation from the major revelations and “reflections” from the midseason finale.
