The announced sequel to Captain Marvel, The Marvels, which is slated to release in 2022, will also feature the Skrulls in a large portion of the plot.
According to Variety, the other cast members already attached to the series include Samuel L. Jackson (The Avengers). Ben Mendelsohn (Rogue One: A Star Wars Story), Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones), and Kingsley Ben-Adir (High Fidelity). Olivia Coleman (The Crown) is allegedly being considered for another role amongst the already stacked cast list.
