Cox expressed his enthusiasm for the character’s return in a recent interview with Screenrant, saying, “It was pretty heartbreaking when [Woll and Henson] weren’t around initially.” He continued, “I think of Karen and Foggy as being the heartbeat of Daredevil. Without them, nothing that Matt does really has any emotional impact. The humanity and vulnerability that they brought to those characters allows me as Matt to really delve into the darkness.” This goes to show how crucial Foggy and Karen are in the story and to Cox’s character, Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, and that the show, according to him, wouldn’t be the same without them.

Matt makes a daring truce with his archnemesis, Wilson Fisk, played by Vincent D’Onofrio (Hawkeye), to bring some normalcy back into the city. Karen and Foggy will surely have a lot on their hands as they try to aid their friend in his upcoming mission dealing with new adversaries such as Muse and White Tiger.
