CBS’s Marshals is gaining two new guest stars for its highly successful second season. In a press release on Tuesday, the network announced that Judd Lormand (Seal Team, Here Comes Rusty) and Beau Knapp (The Lost Symbol, Black and Blue) will star as season regulars starting Nov. 22.
The season two premiere of Marshals received incredible ratings. According to the press release, the premiere drew 15.4 million viewers in its first week and ranked the No. 1 program across broadcast and streaming during that period.
Lormand will star as a recurring character, playing Eddie. Eddie is a new-to-New York Homeland Security Investigator. He travels to the city to help prepare for a high-profile trial. A hands-on investigator who gladly runs into the line of fire, Eddie’s prior athletic experience and experience as a father have shaped his approach and his courage, and he similarly admires those who are blunt, instinctive, and brave. Lormand’s role starts on Nov. 22.
Additionally, Knapp will star as another recurring character, playing Eric. Eric leads a farming cult, believed to be operating a larger-scale counterfeit alcohol business. Eric is highly manipulative, but equally egotistical. He stays unsettlingly calm under pressure and is skilled at gaining control by exploiting the vulnerabilities of those around him. Knapp’s role also starts on Nov. 22.
