Cast and Crew of “The Good Wife” Celebrate 100th Episode by Giving Back

The cast and crew of the CBS show celebrated their 100th by helping those affected by the Sandy hurricane.

On Saturday, it was the anniversary of the Sandy hurricane and the cast and crew of The Good Wife spent their day helping the St. Bernard Project for those affected by the storm.

Julianna Margulies, Cris Noth, Josh Charles and the entire team of the show visited The Rockaways, in Queens, and rolled up their sleeves to help build six houses, instead of holding the traditional private party and cutting cake ceremony that most shows throw when they reach the 100th episode milestone.

“I think the New York community is a spectacular community in that it’s very tight-knit.,” Margulies said at the end of the day, “I really do believe that it’s a pay it forward. If you take care of your community they’ll take care of the next community, and hopefully it passes around the world.”

In addition to helping, they also presented the St. Bernard Project foundation with a check for over $70,000.
